This Caviar is produced at one of our sister farms which massages the eggs from the 18-20 year old Beluga sturgeon, then releases her back into the one trillion litre lake, yes that's massive!
18 year old Beluga's produce 3.5-4mm diameter eggs and as there is no stress in our production process, the Caviar is of the highest quality.
As the fish will provide many batches of eggs over the coming decades this will massively reduce production costs compared to other "in humane" procedures. 
Another advantage; our Caviar also has a much longer shelf life than other Caviars.
