OUR STORY
Caviar with a Different Story
KC Caviar is the trading name of Kenkona Limited. Its story is rooted in work that began in 2012 around sturgeon welfare, conservation and No Kill Caviar, with “Ethical and truly sustainable” remaining central to the brand today.
SINCE 2012
A Different Approach
KC’s story grew from a desire to find a different way to produce caviar, placing greater emphasis on sturgeon welfare and non-lethal harvesting. That principle has remained central as the business, sourcing and partnerships have evolved.
