50g Oscietra ethical and sustainable Caviar

Yes, we are pleased to announce that with the help of our sister farms across Europe we can again offer true "no kill" ethical and sustainable Osietra caviar. This caviar was produced from sturgeon between 10 and 12 years old which were not harmed in the Caviar production process. The egg size are 3.2-3.5mm and is ready for shipping.

Every tin of our Caviar has the following information: The type of food, ingredient list, Allergenic items in bold, the % of each ingredient, use by date, net quantity in grams plus the name and address of the supplier, storage instructions and a nutritional declaration.

In the case of KC Caviar from our sister farm in Germany we show the fish ID that provided the eggs to make the KC Caviar 100% Ethical & Sustainable. However, you will see from the listings this Caviar is slightly more expensive that traditional.
