We currently have many types of from Albino black, silver and Albino sterlet, plus Several types of Siberian and Diamond back and even a Dexter which we sold 10 years ago, ranging from 75cm to 1.5m and over.
Unfortunately, it was difficult to find suitable homes for some of the 2025 stocks. So, we are limiting the collections this spring to Sturgeon in excess of 1.5m.
