KC E&S Beluga Caviar 100g

This exceptional quality Caviar is produced at one of our European sister farms which massages the eggs from the 18 plus year old Beluga sturgeon, then releases her back to the lake for 3 to 4 years.

18 year old Beluga's produce 3.5-4mm diameter eggs and as there is no stress in our production process, the Caviar is of the highest quality.

As the fish will provide many batches of eggs over the coming decades this will massively reduce production costs compared to other "in humane" procedures. Make your Birthday party or other celebration "special" with the best caviar in the world from KC, knowing that the suppling sturgeon was not harmed in the process.

Footnote. China will kill over a million sturgeon this year most of which are sold throughg Europe and the UK then relabelled.
