We believe that our ladies will produce Caviar for the next decade at least and then be retired not killed. Beluga Caviar is amongst the dearest Caviar in the world and has the largest eggs which are sort after by connoisseurs around the world.

This exceptional quality Caviar is produced at one of our European sister farms which massage the eggs from the 18 plus year old Beluga sturgeon, then releases her back to the lake for 3 to 4 years.
